This guy does great work. He shows up when he says he will. He also found a solution to a problem I had that was over $2,000 less than what my neighbor paid for the same problem. I highly recommend him.

Van was recommended to us, by our builder, who was doing house repairs. Van was professional and courteous at all times and went out of his way to finish the job completely. He allowed time between installations, for us to complete the next faze of the project, (as putting up wall board and installing the floor) then was promptly back to finish the job, working late to complete it. We found the prices reasonable, and he had the flexibility to work with us, and our pre-bought equipment, besides having a fine sense of humor, while dealing with difficulties. Even did some building work at home, to finish a difficult job.

TODAY I HAD THE PLEASURE OF WRITING A CHECK TO MY NEW PLUMBER FOR LIFE. AS A REAL ESTATE INVESTOR AND BUSINESS OWNER I KNOW HOW HARD IT IS AT TIMES TO KEEP YOUR COOL AND DELIVER WHAT YOU PROMISE. VAN DOES BOTH WELL. I HAD THE ABSOLUTELY CRAPPIEST (LITERALLY)JOB THAT YOU COULD IMAGINE NEEDING DONE IN THE MOST ABSOLUTELY HIDEOUSLY TIGHT AND BEFOULED CRAWLSPACE UNDER A HOME WHERE THE PLUMBING HAD BEEN LEAKING FOR MONTHS, WITH A FAMILY OF 9 LATINOS LIVING ABOVE THAT NEEDED COMPLETE REPLACEMENT. VAN LOOKED AT THE JOB, QUOTED ME A VERY FAIR PRICE(I WOULDNT HAVE DONE IT FOR FEAR FACTOR TYPE MONEY, EVEN IF I COULD) AND YOU KNOW WHAT , VAN ACTUALLY SHOWED UP ON TIME WITH A SMILE ON HIS FACE TO DO THE WORK AS WELL AS ANY PERSON COULD. HE EVEN HAD TO WAIT UP TOO AN HOUR FOR ME TO SHOW WITH HIS CHECK AND DIDNT COMPLAIN ONCE! AMAZING! I WONT EVER HAVE THE NERVE TO CALL ANOTHER GUY IN THE FUTURE, YOU DID A GREAT JOB VAN, THANKS. REALLY. (DID YOUR WIFE LET YOU IN THE HOUSE OR JUST HOSE YOU OFF IN THE DRIVEWAY?)
