I am absolutely satisfied with the excellent value and excellent product I received from Van. If you're considering "going tankless", don't wait till your water heater dies before switching. I researched this product for a long time before making my decision, which is a good thing because it kept me from paying too much before I knew about Advanced Tankless. Van also performed several other minor plumbing repairs while he was in my home, & left everything neat and clean. I believe Van to be an honest contractor and would definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends. Van's service was prompt, professional and courteous. Even after he performed some extra work I needed the price was still below the next lowest bidder - and with better equipment! There were many reasons why I decided to go with Advanced Tankless Inc. First of all Van took the time to answer all my questions and there were a lot of them (over a period of a month or more). When he came and inspected the property he took his time on planning where he would install the tankless system on the outside of property. The work he performed was to the highest standard and best yet the price could not be beaten. The outside tankless system is operating well with no problems even with temperatures going as low as 12 degrees Farenheit. I stongly recomend him. I wish all my other home renovation projects would go as easy as this. I had contacted one of the big box stores first and they sent out someone who spoke very little English and did not know much about tankless water heater systems. He may have been an assistant that they could spare. He would not give me a recommendation about the three different locations where it could be installed. My installation needed to have electrical and venting installed. The big box store would not do that work. I would have had to contact an electrician and hvac specialist to complete the job. I thought the total cost of the project with the big box store would go way beyond where I wanted to go. I did an internet search and located Advanced Tankless which had positive references. I called Van and he came over and made a recommendation that saved me from having to install venting. He also took care of all of the other requirements that the big box store would not do at a substantially much lower total cost. I have had a number of contactors do work on my house and I believe Van was the most professional of them all. He went out of his way to relocate pipe so that I could continue to use the location where the tankless system was installed for storage. I have already recommended Advanced Tankless to a friend who is planning to install one in his next home purchase. You will do yourself a big favor by calling Van at Advanced Tankless today. Advanced Tankless was one of three companies we contacted to come by and review our problem and suggest a solution. They agreed to come out right away. They helped us decide which size and make to use, as well as placement. They did the job in a timely and cost effective manner, explaining all the potential rebates and tax credits!
